Victorian Village Garden

M and C were looking to make lush, colorful and functional outdoor living spaces at their home in Victorian Village. The property had an interestingly shaped side yard, that provided room for outdoor seating, but needed careful screening to make the space feel private but still open to the street. The back of the home and garage created a cozy nook for a dining area. The plants mix contrasting leaf types and colors to make cozy informal gardens.

We hired Ethan to help us reimagine our yard. We'd moved into a smaller place with a lot of potential. Ethan listened to what was important to us, asked great questions to better understand what we were looking for, and was easy to work with. We wanted something easy to maintain and highly functional in addition to being beautiful. His plans and drawings were incredibly detailed and really helped us envision the space. The drawings were all done by hand and were beautifully done! Once the overall plan was completed, he helped get everything approved by the Victorian Village Commission. When it came to implementation he found the perfect landscaper to bring it to life. Overall, it was a great experience and we couldn't be happier.
